Fan speed makes steering wheel vibrate

Featured Replies

Hello fellow audi owners

'14 Audi A6 ultra

Whenever i turn my internal fan on (over 50% of speed), my steering wheel starts to vibrate, also i can feel this vibration thru the seat/floor etc.

Checked this "blowermotor / fan" but didnt see any dead mouse / leaf / FOD in it. Looks clean and fresh.

Therefore im out of ideas what to do next, however the fan blows air normally (heated/cold).

Thank you for your answers!

What does two posts of 'up' mean Thomas?

"up" is the word used to describe an action (e.g. a message post) so that a particular thread is returned to the top in the list of threads.

I have the same issue in my ’14 A6 TDI 2,0. Above 50% fan speed and a quite noticable vibration appears. Felt through the steering wheel and in the entire car. Any luck sorting it out Thomas?
