Front Parking Sensor

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Any help much appreciated.

Recently driving on the motorway, a flying number plate hit the front drivers side of my A4 and knocked the parking sensor into the bumper.

Checked it out yesterday, it's all still connected and still work fine, looks like it's missing the housing/bracket, any suggestions on getting one? I have contacted Audi direct but they are closed at the moment.

See attached photo of passengers side, fully intact, drivers side is missing the 'outer circle'

thanks

David

My advice would be to try and get a 2nd hand sensor off eBay or breakers in the same colour. If you get one from audi otl need spraying and they'll probably charge you for a complete sensor.

Cheers

Steve

Hi

How did you get access to the bumper cavity to push the sensor back into place?

Thanks
