B6 1.8t 190 dump valve location

ive a forge dump valve but struggling to find location 

please can anyone help

If it’s the same as the TT then right hand side of the engine under the turbo 

 

sorry can’t be any more help than this I’ve only ever had a 99 plate 1.8t A6 and a 2001 TT 1.8t and that never ran

my A4 is the first Audi I’ve worked on

If you look under the bumper on the drivers side near the fog light grille tucked up under the car behind the radiator you will find the diverter valve you cant see it from above looking in the engine bay its hidden away unlike transverse mounted engines where the diverter valve is easy to access and see
