Audi A3 sline can’t get the aux to work

So I have just bought a 2012 Audi A3 s line black Edition. I have an aux input by the handbrake but I am unsure on how to get to the aux setting on the radio, any ideas? 

I think this depends on the radio installed and if the aux is factory fitted or not. But you should just "Press the CD btton a couple of times and AUX should appear on the screen"
