Hi dose any body now a good independent place/person I can get my cam belt and water changed in Hastings East Sussex, that's not going to rip me off, I have got a 2002 allroad witch I have dam near rebuilt from the bottom up 

Ironically I'm in a similar boat to you atm. Needing the same on my a6 c5 2.5tdi abd looking up to £450 at a trusted independent. The pic shows when it was last do e 8 years ago.

    tbh its a ball ache of a job thats why it costs so much me and my dad did it the whole lot theres a good many hours labour in it so £450 not that bad m8
