hi all just fitted a new window mechanism in the driver's door has the cable had snapped now all back together but the window motor is just clicking any ideas of problem are much appreciated

Finally got the window working all I did was open all windows with key then close on key the front now works it just seems tight at the bottom so if the weather is OK tomorrow I will do some adjustments and keep my fingers crossed 🤞

Possibly the window limit switches needed to be reset, which you did with the key.

I hope so, it seems fine now just a minor issue with it being tight on down travel so I will sort it tomorrow morning weather permitting
