im looking to upgrade the air filter on my car anyone got any ideas for the best one to get.i also want to get an rs5 grill for the front and upgrade the suspension so its more comfortable but keep the same ride height be grateful for any feedback

K&n or pipercross are probably your best bets, assuming you're not going down the forced induction route. 

Don't forget you'll have to notify your insurance company as it's classes as a modification unfortunately.
