Replacement door card

I'm buying a 2017 A3 S Line which is in great condition apart from the sliver strip towards the top of the drivers door card (pic below) - on my car it looks like someone has been chewing on it 🤷‍♀️. 

Has anyone replaced this strip before or know if it's possible? Or do I need to buy a full door card instead?
