Hi , could any one recommend the best oil to use in a 2007 Q7 3.0?

Hello Karl, 

The grade you need will be specified in the handbook. Brand? I’ve used Quantum (their Longlife) for many years in the humble A3 - once/still is? recommended by VAG. Try searching EBay for good deals with this.
