2015 Audi A3 Sunroof stuck open

Hello, wondering if anyone has had any experience with manually closing a 2015 Audi A3 sunroof. It’s stuck open and won’t budge, I can hear a clicking noise when I do the switch but it isn’t shutting or moving at all. Thanks

Have you checked to see if there's anything stuck in the runners?

Nothing stuck in the runners but have now figured out the motor has gone £700 to replace 😔
