A4 B9.5 - Bluetooth Audio Choppy

Featured Replies

Hi All,

Just purchased an approved used Audi A4 B9.5 2020 Black edition with the Bang / Olufson sound system. Sounds great either through USB or radio, but when on bluetooth the audio is super choppy! About 10 seconds of playback and then it cuts out. Then re-establishes, then cuts out. Makes an audio track unbearable to be honest.

Im 99% certain it isn't my iphone, as I didn't have this issue in the BMW I just part exchanged for it, which spent its life on bluetooth. I've sent a service request to my nearest Audi dealer but won't hear from them until Monday I suspect.

Is this a common/known problem on the facelift ones. I'm hoping it is just a firmware update by Audi, as otherwise it's going to make the music experience a bit naff.

Thanks in advance!

A software update from an Audi dealership fixed this - for anyone with a similar issue.
