blower on 2013 audi tt mk 2

Featured Replies

Hello

i have  a  audi TT   MK 2 2013   and the  blower has   stopped   working

i have  looked  at the  fuses under the  bonnet + the  ones in the side  panel   all  seem  ok   believe it a   40 amp that does the  blower

the  air  con  does   not   work   light  comes on but then it  I think  needs to  blower to  work it

i  would have to  take the  glove  compartment  out to get  at the  IT   if its the  blower   motor/correct/ is it a  big  job if its the blower

any  help  would be great

THANKS !

Is it worth checking the relays? Also you could try a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up regarding the system. But you're most likely right it being the blower motor. But it could also be the control unit (buttons).

thanks   will have  a  check  looking on  good  old  YOU TUBE    most things  lead   to the fan or resistor

so   will pull it out  and  see if  suspect  will  just  change   both

thanks  again
