Hi to all. my daughter has an A3 S line 138 TDI Convertible 8P that has cracked a front spring, and of course, it's suddenly become my problem, bean trawling various suppliers to obtain a pair of front springs but keep getting conflicting info about what will and wont fit, the consensus seems to be Maxgear 60-0436, KYB RH1717, or Ridex 188C0276 all of which have the same dimensions 310L x 148 Dia x 13.3 thick all of which are tagged as sports suspension units. I am on various forums for my own vehicles and aware of the fact that the collective knowledge within these groups is unsurpassed so logged on on My daughters behalf to get a better insight in which way to go, any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
