Hi I am new on here, so looking for advice, I have an issue with the steering wheel controls on our A1. I am member of the land rover forum  and we share info and there are people who have code readers, that work on other people’s cars, is there something/ someone like this on this forum, or can someone recommend a decent code reader that is compatible with the A1 2011 model?

Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 

Two code readers that are common are vag com or VCDS. 

Usually the steering wheel controls will have to be replaced but they just plug in. Better off trying a second hand unit first.
