My Audi A5 makes a clanking/scraping sound when it mainly downshifts from 7th gear to 6th. Does anyone know the problem and a rough price etc. ?

Alright Steve,

I got the car in Aug 2021 and no idea when the oil was changed, pretty sure the dealership said in the Audi manual it doesn't not need to be changed so probably never.

I have no idea what it could be, could the abnormal sound be as easy as a mount ? I have been told it possibly could be internal and needing a full replacement, find out for sure on the 20th Jan.
