Thanks for joining the forum and for posting your want. 
I trust you have tried Ebay for a serviceable secondhand one, advertised your want on one or more of the on line car breaker search websites, and enquired at your local commercial vehicle hydraulics suppliers, who should be able to make you one from your pattern.

I've used AutoDoc twice quite recently. The website is pretty good, they usually show a number of different manufacturers and also show OE part numbers, so you can nail down compatibility.

There are drawbacks though.. Parts come from Germany and take around a week to arrive and postage is £8.75 unless you are doing over £150 the its free. In my area they use ParcelForce to deliver and it appears they don't like to leave it with neighbours or in any safe place, so be sure to get it delivered when/where someone is about!
