Hi I have a a4 b9 had over the air map update stuck on installing over the last 3 weeks.It wont download reset mmi several times with pressing volume button but still reappears on screen only gets to 56% then shows again in top of screen.Anyone else experience this if so a bit of advice would be great.

Might be worth getting a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up with the radio.

Have you considered connecting your phone via Android Auto/Apple Play and using Google Maps instead? 

Hi there sat nav works fine just the update is stuck at top of screen no way of clearing it just stuck at 57 per cent when you reboot mmi then shows at top of screen. I will take it to audi when I get the time was just wondering if anyone else had the same issue thanks 👍
