Audi B 8.5 Multitronic noise

Hello everyone,i recently bought am Audi B8.5 2.0 TDI Automatic QUATTRO YEAR 2014.
When i was driving in highway i heard a strange noise comming from underneath the car but only when the car goes from the fifth gear to the 6th and when the car is in the 7th gear but doesnt have enough power to drive in the 7th when i hit the gas pedal and it goes to the 6th .Driving normaly with all the gears ist doesnt make any noise only when it changes dhe gears from 5th to the 6th and from 7th to the 6th.Does anybody know anything what should i do?
Service is done correctly and for the multitronik oil change the car needs another 10k km
pls help
