Hi new to the group here is my pride and joy. Yesterday day my instrument cluster went off the LCD part. Is this a common fault any help and advice would be appreciated 

I believe there are companies out there that can fit new LCD screens. Have a look on eBay or Google. You'd have to send your instrument cluster off for the repair. 

Ye it is going to ecu testing this week hopefully.

great hope its successful do you have a link as to where you had it repaired and at what cost thanks

had it done at ecu testing that said they couldn't find a fault with the culture but couldn't rule out it being intermittent so I just said rebuild it with all new parts price was £230 all in

Ye hope it is been out in it last night and today seams ok fingers crossed it stays that way 😆. Hopefully next weekend I can get my carplay fixed 

There's always something to fix on an old Audi I find lol

Its the first fault I've had with it since owning it. Work on them all daylong there not to badto fix lol
