Thinking of a new A4

Looking at getting a new car. I have found I can get a good deal on an A4 Sline 40tfsi with Comfort sound and tour plus pack through work. This would only be about 3k more than a used 330i on a 19 plate with current prices. 

Does anyone know when the new model A4 is due out I've read early 2023 but local Auidi can't give any info on this. 

Also is the A4 a nice car to live with I've only ever been in a 2017 B9 and and I was shocked to see the interiors appear the same.
