Audi a6 c6 ignition switch

Ok so I had the dreaded microswitch failure in the ignition switch replaced the microswitch worked great for a while then broke again so sod it new ignition switch time got another of ebay with same part number fitted and hey presto working locking and unlocking starting and driving BUT dash now flashing ignition lock warning red key although the car works fine tried clearing codes with expensive think car scanner still doing it any ideas ?
