Car not starting

Featured Replies

My audi a3 diesel isn't starting. I've changed the fuel, filter and ancillary pump and injectors. It started but was rough idling and after driving around the block it cut off and hasn't started again.  I've tried getting any air lock out and unsure what to try next. Any idea's what it could be?

Hi did you reprogram the injectors when you fitted them, and were the injectors new, the only other way to find out is scan the car for faults this will tell you whats going on, its not an airlock as once running the HPFP is self bleeding.

Could a faulty HPFP cause the car not to fire up? When it did fire up it was idiling very lumpy, could this be the cause.

I've had the car scanned and no fault codes are coming up.
