Front centre armrest....?

I've just acquired an A2 to go with my D2 S8. The A2 should be a tad more economical on the commute than the S8.

I miss the fact that there's no centre armrest. Is that an option on the A2? If so, where can I get one?

Also, the Audi Symphony radio/CD/cassette player doesn't switch on. It just displays a "SAFE" message on the screen. Presumably it needs a code to unlock it. Ideas....?

All help and suggestions appreciated!

Yep needs the code. Should be In the service book/manual. Or if you contact certain eBay sellers that can get you the code off your radio serial number

While I wait for the repair on my (probably) oil oiler gasket got to thinking about the rubbish DBA signal in my 2009 C6. Admittedlyi live in a generally rubbish area for radio in general, FM is kak too, DBA drops out where ever i am, all the time. Is this normal? Anyone know if there a fix? Thanks in advance ☺️

Hi, currently trying to replace blocked heater core. so far have only got under glovebox and realised I can’t actually slide the heater core out due to another part blocking its path out. anyone else done this and have any ideas? do I just need to start removing the rest of the part(s) under the glovebox? picture attached - the part I’m talking about is the black box to the left of the heater core. thanks

Got a 8p gearbox 6 speed KDT Bought it for a s3 for replacement but sold the car instead so didn’t put it on Travelled 3 and half hour to get this from where I am Come out of a 90k s3 comes with all the bits attached to it so it’s ready to go in only thing guy told me needs changing is the oil plug which is £10-20 no biggie KDT CODE comes with transfer box I paid £250 I would like £200 back it’s not missing anything clutch and flywheel and your ready to go I do also have some clutch is unbranded

Hi all, Hope everyone is well.. i have had a problem over the past week with my a3 2.0 tdi sportback. To cut a long story short, drove out to bath for an appointment, had the appointment and got back into the car to notice it wouldnt start first time. After several attempts and long cranks it started but seemed to be running lumpy on idle. Any suggestions please to what this could be?? Mileage is 94000. Many thanks.

Hey all, Newbie here and just looking for advice. I have an early 2007 A3 8P I'm slowly working on getting in good running order as well as aiming for an OEM+ build to learn more about cars. This weekend I attempted to install a turbo muffler delete, however once I get in there I realised the bolt patterns were completely off. Does anyone here know if there is a turbo muffler delete that would fit this pattern? Everything I search for is coming up with the symmetric bolt pattern, not the asymm

Hi Guys, I am trying to find a replacement for the PCV valve as it has rough idle and checking the PCV valve the diaphragm has a split in it, part number on current one is 06H129101B (Image attached) but I cannot seem to find a replacement anywhere, did an AI search and it suggested 06F129101N or 06F129101R but these look a bit different as they have an extra port at the end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Apologies if this is not allowed as i dont own an audi just wondering what to expect on a Q7/Sq7 model from 2015-2019, id like one with around 50-80k miles (or whatever is average for age). is there any timing chains, gaskets etc which need changed soon. i would prefer an engine which has no critical plastic parts but it would be getting serviced appropriately with an oil change every 5k miles . i wouldnt be driving it daily as i have a work van. thought id ask actual drivers of the cars.

Hi All 2018 S3 Sportback. A recent service has flagged a fault with exhaust flap 1 actuator as open circuit. Whilst it does not affect the running of the car it would be good to rectify. I have done some preliminary checks. Flap actuator 2 is fine and the fault does not move when I interchange the actuators. Wiring at the connector is OK. From the wiring diagram, the circuit splits to feed both actuators somewhere in the harness at point B350, “Positive connection 1 (87a) in wiring harness”. Wit

Hi, first time poster here, I’m trying to add a picture but I’m not sure now to. Before I start, I absolutely love this car, it’s my second and I was down at Audi every other week sitting in once before I was able to afford one. It is due to go back to Audi next month and I have a £13 000 payment to make if I want keep it. For a car of this quality and spec in this current market it is a bargain. It has only done 50 000 miles since new and I’m the second owner (2019 reg). It has all the upgrades

Good day all, I have a 2.0 TFSI with the ZF 8 speed auto ‘box which I intend to get serviced within the next couple of months. Is this just an oil and sump/filter change or is there mechatronic seal (for the wiring) on these? I’m going to get the oil changed in both diffs and the transfer ‘box, is there anything else within the drive train that needs looking at while it’s on the ramp? Mileage is 65,000 miles.

I own an Audi A3 2009 with a 1.4L petrol engine.Recently i was getting off from work and it was really hot outside. I started the car and it worked for a few meters and then just died. Engine was off, control pannel was off. Then it struggled to turn back on but when i shaked the shifter it would consistently turn on and work a bit before again turning off. The battery is new, it has been a week since and it seems it is due to hot weather, car is otherwise perfectly fine. When it is on it works
