mase Posted November 13, 2023 Share Posted November 13, 2023 Just recently purchased an almost new A3 Sline lovely car but frustrated with media system.I think the sales person deliberately kept the QR code so I would be locked into the dealer in the future I've signed out and can't sign in again had the car about six weeks all sales did was pass me to service which signed me back in but had reset the media system next day as contacts didn't upload.Feeling buyers remorse wish I spent less and used a private dealer. Anton8 Posted November 14, 2023 Share Posted November 14, 2023 Hi Tony I had problems signing in on my E-Tron. I contacted the Audi help line who were extremely helpful.
