iain c Posted February 18 Share Posted February 18 Hi,I have a 2013 8v.The rear parking system has stopped working.When reverse is selected the system emits a long beep then nothing.I have changed over the pdc module but this has not helped.When I listen to each sensor on the bumper I cannot hear any noise from them. Magnet Posted February 18 Share Posted February 18 Thanks and welcome Ian, Unfortunately you now know that what you have read about being able to listen and detect which of the sensors is at fault, ‘ain’t necessarily so’. You are likely to find there wasn’t anything wrong with the module, but there is with one of the sensors. Which one?
