Hi All, I have 2020 A6Tfsi e that has started with a rumbleing sound and some times bang noise from the rear when excelerating, I have sent it to Audi, and they are saying that their is an update for the electric motor for cars that make this noise @ a cost of £360.

When I chalenged why I would need to pay for an update, his responce was, only some of this model have this issue so ones that do require an update that needs to be paid for?

To me this doesn't seem right and I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue, thanks in advance Karl.

Does this model have air suspension? 
If so, I wonder if the ‘motor’ they are referring to might be the compressor. 
If air suspension, have you noticed anything different in ride heights of late?
