Audi A5 2021 - Satnav stuck at 64% initialising

Hi all, apologies if I have posted this on the wrong topic I assumed it being a technical issue. 
I own an Audi A5 21 plate, and since last week my car satnav has been stuck on initialising. I have tried resetting the MMI a couple of times and also checked the car for updates but it is showing no updates are required. As a last resort, I reset the car back to factory reset and it is still stuck at 64% initialising. The car is 1yr post warranty and I know taking it to dealership will cost me an arm and a leg. 
Any advice or tips on what to do would be greatly appreciated. Below is the details I have managed to find on the car: 

software version: 3385.
