That's probably the best you can hope for in the circumstances. It may even prompt Audi into action.

I was told that there is an update due in September and I am not holding my breath. Most unsatisfactory purchase from 1997 till now that includes second hand car. 
 

For no reason when I was disconnecting charging cable today the boot lid opened automatically 🤷🏽‍♂️

They best be quick then as they only have 8 days left, think you may find it won't happen but fingers crossed.

Yes but can not be expected to spend the money they want for a car that is not safe to drive.

An additional fault popped up yesterday, one to add to the growing list. The rear/reversing camera no long works.

I've contacted the lease company and notified them that I want to reject the vehicle. I accept things go wrong now and again, but surely it isn't normal to have so many issues with a brand new car.

This car has unimaginable and innumerable faults- they just jettisoned this onto drivers and find out what to fix instead of testing and releasing - real field test

Agree, the customer is now the manufactures tester and they expect the customer to put up with the faults while they drag their feet to resolve these issues.

Anyone aware of or had the software updates Audi were going to release in June ?

Was told it was delayed and due Q4 which is now.

Awaiting dealer to confirm they have the update.

Car is going back to dealer on Monday as it keeps doing emergency braking for no reason for them to look over.

I am having difficulty in creating a charging certificate to activate Plug & Charge - need to take it back to the dealer to look at it!

Hi,

Had my Q6 Edition 1 Quattro for a year now and have only recently had a couple of significant issues i.e issues that did not resolve by turning the car off and on again!

Fault 1 was a failed clip on the plastic trim above the rear passenger side door. The trim has now been replaced under warranty, but I got charged £40 for the courtesy car by the Audi dealer for insurance! Never had this before where the issue is a manufacturing defect that has caused me the inconvenience of having to get it repaired, Audi should really pay for this.

Fault 2; the day before going in to get the trim replaced, I could not authenticate on the MMI and my phone would not connect. Android auto connection has been hit and missed for couple of weeks, which may be related. The dealer diagnosed the fault which requires a replacement of a control unit that connects the car to Audi services including MyAudi app. The part is on back order, and I've been told it could take a couple of weeks to arrive. I've been told the car is safe to drive and I will be able to charge it, but I'm having to configure settings everytime I use the car, which is an inconvenience. Sat nav and other features like traffic signal recognition also do not work right now. These feel relatively minor to other issues people have/are experiencing, but it does bring into question Audi reliability.

Onboard Sat Nav is not reliable or functional. Especially the speed limits are anything but correct. Do not use them at all. No issues 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾so far with Apple car play
