Maps Update Stuck

I have a 2021 Audi A3 edition 1 and I’ve had issues with the automatic online maps update. It has been stuck on installing for around 6 months now and I can’t seem to get rid of it/get it to finish. If I click the banner in the attached photo it just takes me to the updates page which just says “installing…” so I can’t access any of the manual update options or cancel the update. 
I’ve tried a full factory reset, soft reset, plugging in a USB with the maps update on and calling my local Audi who just told me to use apple car play 😂. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
