I recently bought a 2023 A4 35TFSI. I downloaded the app which I've used several times. However, today I saw "unlock/lock your car" . I thought I'd try it so hit the button. It asked for my pin, which i typed in. It didn't unlock the car, and the app is stuck on the page with the Audi symbol coming and going on the screen. I can't use the back button or "forgot password " button. In fact can't get into the app at all other than the screen which it's  stuck on. What's going on?

You might have to delete the app and reinstall 

Thanks Steve, but later that evening it sorted itself out! I just wondered if I'd done something wrong. I might try again one day just to see what happens.
