A4 B8 2010 chorus radio replacement

Hi guys, 

I couldn find anything specific about my topic so I'm asking here.

Thank you in advance for the answers.

I have an A4 B8 2010 with Chorus radio installed.

I wonder is it possible to replace it with Concert or Symphony unit (they have SD card slot) and is it straight forward or it requires additional software/hardware upgrade?

When fitting the aftermarket unit does that include changing both radio and screen?

And what happens with functions that original unit has like checking oil level or setting the wipers position?
