Featured Replies

I don’t have any online picture info available but where is the cam shaft sensor located on the 2.0l TDI 190bhp 2014 Avant?

mine is coming up with a error code relating to the cam shaft sensor so looking at swapping it out.

Regards.

Have you looked on YouTube?

Yes could not find any that relate to the same sensor location hence the question here.

My word. Aren't you impatient. Learn some patience and wait a few days before demanding attention. We all have real lives outside the forum.

Impatient yes because I needed a fix on the only day that I had free to attempt to fix it before I need the car for work.

Hence my so called impatience “not”.

If CNHA engine, it’s located on engine block cylinder head. Also known as hall sensor (14) on this link.

Crankshaft sensor here too (15) near bell housing: https://www.lllparts.co.uk/catalogs/audi/RDW/A6/717/1/103/103050
