Lift Tweeter impedence?

Featured Replies

I am desperate to confirm one technical detail and need he help of the Audi community

(I have to admit to 'cheating' - its been many years since my partner owned the Audi)

A couple of years ago I saw the Lift tweeters in action (not sure what model it was) rising out of the dash.

I was fascinated - so much so I swore I would fit them as a fun modification to my car (a smart roadster)

Well after several attempts I have protypes that mechanically work and have been shoe -horned in,

but I cannot work out or measure the terminal impedence of said Lift Tweeters.

Now since they are Chinese aftermarket speakers that are 'plug and play' they were both cheaper

I'm 99% certain they will have the same impedence as the OEM Audis - but I cannot find any

reference to them.

Can anyone confirm their value so I can get the necessary ballast resistors?
