Oil pressure warning light comes on

Hi, I recently did a head job, new water pump, oil pump, timing chain. Top Oil sensor was changed but when car idles the low oil pressure light comes on. I was told there is also a another oil sensor by the oil pan. When oil pressure is checked at top sensor readings are low. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what issue is? Thanks Mark
