A4 B5 In tank fuel pump

Featured Replies

My 2.5 Tdi is suffering loss of power which I suspect is a faulty fuel transfer pump. An Audi Specialist gave ne a part number 8D0 906 087 AN which seems to be okay. Unfortunately the pumps on Ebay vary in outlet pressure from 0.5 -3.4 bar. Can anyone advise me on the correct pressure please?

Sorry I was referring to similarities to my experience and knowledge of the A6 c5 which is similar. It's the c5 I've got.

Have you got any further?

Could it be an issue with the turbo?

Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up?

Tested the fuel pressure it is zero. Can't find the correct pressure for a replacement pump 0.5bar or 3.2bar.
