Folks, anyone experiencing a rumbling noise from your A7 whilst manoeuvring in reverse. Most evident when applying some steering lock. Had the car in to the dealer today and they assure me its a 'Quattro' characteristic. Seems a little odd that a £55k car would have a characteristic like that. Doesn't seem particularly refined to me. Any thoughts?

My A7 Quattro does this too, I wundered if all quattros did this or just the big ones (or just mine) so I'm glad someone else has experienced it, it's quite a cool rumble, concerning at first.

By the way, now running on winter tires and wheels and it still does it

My a7 does the exact the same especially when it's on full lock slight rumble seems as though it comes from the back end
