Hi Guys

My Audi is an A4 Exec 143 model from 2008, and I've been having issues with the climate control system

Although the driver side seems to work fine, the passenger side vents continues to blow hot air, tried the obvious with the settings, and also syncing the dual controls to the driver settings but nothings working.  As you can imagine its a nuisance as the car gets really warm if your doing a journey of any sort of length 

Is there a known issue with these? Is it an easy fix or something thats going to need a professional look at?
