Jujju Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 I bought a replacement radio unit online and it went in ok but I need to send it back and the keys they sent are not hooking on. Steve Q Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 Welcome to the forum Julian :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) It's odd you can't get the radio out after trying to different sets of keys. You probably can gain access by removing the climate control module. In failing that you may have to take your a3 to Audi or a vehicle radio specialist. Sorry I can't help more. Sorry. But looking online I was incorrect and the radio has to come out before the heater controls come out anyway. So it's irrelevant. Hope the videos helpful though.
