  1. Hi all, thanks for your replies, I'm going to look at the wiring inside the bellows between the door and the body. Either way I'll post the results when I get the chance to investigate.

  3. Hi why bother with a remap when the new car will perform as well as your old car if not better, its all about how the torque curve is used on the existing map, I think you may find there is only a marginal difference in some aspects of the new cars performance especially when the newer engine has an extra 200cc which is a whole lot more to play with, go to the other end and in the early eighties Lancia did a Lancia Y10 three cylinder Turbo which at 1ltr was capable of over 105mph with a very respectable 0-60. 7. I had an awful problem with water flooding the passenger footwell of a 2007 Q7 a bit of research online and there is a bung plug that gets clogged up, simple to fix wheel off remove some of the arch liner (about 4 star screws) on the bulkhead side of the car and you can get to the rubber bung plug pulled this out and an unbelievable amount of water came pouring out i would guess at 3-4 litres looking at the garage floor, cleaned the bung plug which was blocked and pulled some leaves out of the hole, bung back in and wheel arch liner and water leak now fixed there is also one on the drivers side i think so will tackle this next just in case this side is blocked as well.
