  2. Thanks Trevor and Brad :) i didn't know the connection until I came across a small article. Then I I thought I'd just research it. It's amazing that he sowed the seeds for the brand to grow in Brazil and now they are one of the most popular vehicle brands in Brazil ;)
  3. Your welcome :) keep us posted on how you get on :) cheers steve
  4. Iv gotcha now. As you say with any genuine Audi parts you should be fine :) abd I know where your coming from running any rs Audi is expensive and unusually out the reach of the general public such as you and I. But like you I do like cosmetics of a vehicle and agree the diffuser and twin exhausts look good :) don't worry, your fine. Work can be a pain and colleagues love to homies behind a computer to moan!
  5. Welcome to the forum David :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) cheers steve

  7. Your welcome :) i didn't think it was fake, just wasn't sure about the history of the item :) cheers steve
  8. Welcome to the forum Chris :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) if you need any advice then don't hesitate to ask :) good choice of model of a3 by the way :) cheers steve
  9. Welcome to the forum Marcus :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) i have the same car with the same engine and it would be worth getting it fixed. I love mine and it's solid as a rock. You say high mileage, what's it on? Mines done 327,100 miles on the original engine and gearbox ;) it would well be worth you getting a diagnostic check done as it could be a number of things but on the same token it could just need a glow plug! Cheers Steve
  10. Your welcome:) and glad it's sorted :) when you over fill the system It will always find the weakest point to escape from. On top of that I also believe that some of the systems are designed to release the fluid if too much pressure has built it so as not to cause damage to the engine ;) cheers steve
  11. Your welcome :) i suspect the rear will cost less as it should be less complicated ;)
  12. Hi there, the tickets are £10 if you order them in advance :) you'll also be able to display your Audi on our club stand :) cheers steve
  13. Hey Steve glad you and your wife are pleased with the S4 :) the Aston Martin does sound like fun! :) cheers steve
  14. Here is Dragos (diggy98) a4 from Italy. Dragos is a fellow member on here and has kindly let me share this image :)
  15. Thank you! :)
  16. lol exactly! :p
  17. Your welcome:) dont worry not a problem. Spartan means not a lot of equipment. S Line has more equipment :) yes there can be issues with the auto gearbox but as long as it's been regularly serviced it should be ok :) furl consumption wise i suspect you'll average around 30mpg but not sure for certain. dont worry there is no such thing as a stupid question and we all have to learn somewhere! ;) cheers steve
  18. Welcome to the forum Bernard :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) i had the front lower arms replaced on my a6 (similar age to the a4)recently abd they cost £350 for the pair and iv been told it will be the same for the upper Ines too, which will need changing come MOT time! Hope iv helped:) cheers steve
  19. Correct!! :)
  20. Iv had a response back from the museum and the dates available in October are: 15th, 22nd, 28th, and 29th are these any good? If not, then they have a free calendar for November and December. Cheers Steve
  21. Welcome to the forum :) Youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Both are nice but it depends how much space you need. For example the Q5 is more suited for families whereas if you live on your own the Q3 would probs be better. And if it were me which ever one you choose, don't go for SE spec as they can be a bit Spartan. Also if you are picking one that's over 5 years old with 50,000 miles plus then check to see if the cambelt and water pump have been cheanged as it probably now due. check the service history. Also check to see the condition of the tyres as the Quattro system is very sensitive and can be damaged by tyres that have uneven tyre treads/depths. Hope iv helped :) Cheers Steve
