  1. Welcome to the forum Rob :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) woukd be great to see you at Audis in the park! Would you like to display your a1 on the club stand? Better you can't wait to collect it! :) cheers Steve
  2. Welcome to the forum Gordon :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) hmm I wonder if the water is running in through the back of the seat area. Where the roof folds into? Ot it might be running through the window seals? Cheers steve
  3. Right, here is some info on tickets for Audis in the park. Iv taken this directly from the website: "Tickets (which are wristbands) will be sent out around 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE! NOT BEFORE! Children under 16 get in for FREE and DO NOT require a wristband! EVERY PERSON ATTENDING THE SHOW MUST BE WEARING THE WRISTBAND OR MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE EVENT OR PAY FULL GATE PRICE OF £10. Every wristband will come with a unique serial number....this number will be used to select the raffle prize winners! EVERY ADVANCED TICKET (WRISTBAND) WILL BE ISSUED WITH A LIMITED EDITION AUDIS IN THE PARK STICKER. THESE STICKERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE DAY!" Just to let members know that advanced tickets are £8 oh and that show starts at 9am but we will meet up prior to that so that we can role in as a club :) gates open to the general public at 10 Cheers Steve
  4. Right I think this topic should solely about tickets and who has purchased them. For all other info I think we should use the other topic as it will make it easier to know who has paid :) Here is some further info on the tickets which I have taken directly from the Audis in the park website: "Tickets (which are wristbands) will be sent out around 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT DATE! THESE STICKERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO BUY ON THE DAY!" Obviously advanced tickets are slightly cheaper at £8. The show starts at 9am but we will meet prior to this so that we can role in as a club :) the gates open to the general public at 10 When you have paid if you can let me know how many tickets you've purchased as this will give trevor and I an idea on how many members and their familys are attending :) Il start off: PAID x2 tickets :)
  5. Your most welcome :)
  6. Hey Chris, I have answered this in your new member post but the foglight surrounds should unclip from the bumper and you would have to get them sprayed. Cheers Steve :)
  7. Welcome to the forum Chris :) Lovely a3 you have there! One of the better colours in my opinion :) As Trevor has said, you've had a nice history of audis! :) You'll find the members on here are a friendly and help bunch so ask away with any questions :) with regard to the light surrounds, I believe they just unclip from the bumper and you would have to get them resprayed. Cheers Steve
  8. Real ale is nice, one of my favourites is spitfire :)
  9. Perfect. Il be buying mine today. Once you've bought yours if you can put paid on the attendees list it would be appreciated :) thsnk you :) and you were too! :) looking forward to seeing you at Audis in the park :)
  10. I bet! I find fosters and strongbow horrible stuff.
  11. Welcome to the forum ken :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) it looks to me to be a sensor of some sort. Is the car driving fine? In failing that does the a3 have fog lamps and if so are they both working? Iv moved this to the a3 section by the way. Cheers steve
  12. Welcome to the forum Ady :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch and won't shoot you down! ;) There are plenty of steep options out there as the original radios can be abit limited. As long as you use adapters then most aftermarket radios should fit. You can get Ines now that have android function and touch screen but these can cost around £300-£500. when you get the chance feel free to post a pic of your Audi :) cheers steve :)
  13. Thanks for posting the pic Laura. Hopefully on of the members on here will be able to advise you :) cheers steve
  14. Don't blame you to be honest Paul. Insurance isn't cheap at the best of times. Cheers steve
  15. Yep, seen your reply :) thanks again for coming to VAG Tuner Live :)

  17. Hey Paul iv not heard of this cider but il deffo have to give it a try! ;) I'm assuming it comes in different flavours? Cheers steve
  18. The dsg gearbox in my opinion is fantastic and is easily the best auto on the market in my opinion :) if you are looking at an Audi with dsg make sure the gearbox has been serviced correctly - at the right time/mileage and that the correct oil has been used. I say this as the dsg gearbox can be expensive to fix. Also on a test drive make sure the gears change smoothly both in manual and auto modes -e.g no juddering, jerking or hesitation when gears are changing. Cheers :) steve
  19. Welcome to the forum Liam :) youll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) my first question would be how do you find th car? Heers steve
