Welcome to the forum Alastair, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) 

What issues has your a4 been experiencing? 

I'm assuming you've had a diagnostic check carried out to establish fault codes. The parts you've bought should fit easily but you may need the ecu coding to your car.

Hi mate a lost my original key and autolock smith cut new key but not a 3 butto key one so problems started wen keybwouldnt take to car. Now the ecu a have bought dint match ma car so now a have a new set o clocks door lock and ignition wi key reader but still maown cars ecu so no further forward
