Hi guys, I do have problem with my Audi A6 c6, 2l diesel. I parked the car today and it came up message : please take load off steering, then the car won’t start at all. I can turn the steering wheel but with clicking noice. Once put the key in ignition then it shows just that message and makes some weird few clicks and not start. I found out that it can be problem with steering column. Any suggestions? Thanks

Steering lock needs to be replaced :)

Hello Radek,

I might be well worth getting the battery voltage/ condition checked, and if necessary the alternator output (comparatively cheap/free) before any other expenditure.

I had the same issue to keep it Plain and simple just check your power steering fluid
