Central lock problem

Hi everyone,

on my Audi A3 2003, central lock just stopped from one day to another. Can’t open with remote nor the metallic key. Totally locked out and no signal. Anything I can try before calling someone to break in?

Non of my business but how have you managed to go on holiday during this pandemic? 

Don't you have a master key which can be inserted in a hidden lock? Or putting the key in the door? 

What exact a3 model do you have?
