No window drop

Featured Replies

Hi,

We recently purchased a 2010 45 cabriolet and the drivers side window regulator failed. It was replaced by the garage but now the window doesn't auto drop to allow the door to open.

It also doesn't go below the level of the frame when fully open (see attached photo).

Any help please?

Thanks

The first thing I'd be doing is taking this back to the garage as it hasn't been fixed correctly.

Hi Steve,

Yeah, it's going back.

I was trying to find out if there was anything I could do to sort it out myself.

Cheers

Merv
