Anyone ordered an SQ8 recently?

I placed my order during late June and was initially told the car would be with me in November...

Frustratingly Audi have yet to even allocate a build week and I wondered if anyone else was having similar issues? I get the reason why - kinda obvious - but would be nice to have some idea of when it’s gonna happen. The dealer is as frustrated as I am too!

With no build slot as yet I’m fully expecting this to be delayed until early 2021...

Thinking of swapping the order to an SQ7 instead as maybe they are more in demand and therefore more readily available?

I think the delay will be down to Audi shutting their production plants for a while due to covid. I see your logic about swapping to an sq7 but it might come quicker than you think if there's less q8 orders then they might be done quicker if you see what I mean.
