Morning all,

would someone know the relay location for the rear demister on my audi.The rear demister is not working and have checked fuse,all ok and was waondering if there is a separate relay that controls the switch and switch does not appear to be working?

I know nothing about your particular car, but I can say that there bound to be a relay somewhere. The current used by demisters is too high to be handled by a dashboard switch alone.

thats exactly what we thought judging by the size of the wire supplying the switch unit, but I am at a loss as to location.

Do you have an owner’s handbook for the car? If so, the relay position ( if fitted) is usually shown within the section dealing with fuses.
