Guidance Required for 2.0TDI A6 C6 Avant Le Mans Purchase

I'm looking for some help/advice in what to look for on Saturday when looking to buy a 2010 Audi A6 C6 Avant Le Mans CAHA (168) on 135,450 Miles

So the car has a complete service history with timing belts completed at 77k and 127k.

Could all you knowledgeable people in this forum give me a list of pointers to look for so I don't get stung please.

So far my research is

Rusty bottom half of doors, rusty sills, water in footwear from drain blocked, water under seats from rear washer tubing split, rear wiper arm grommet leaking, rear washer tubing leaking into boot, swirl flaps.

Any info or what to look for will be greatly appreciated.
