A4 Avant (B9): electric window switch no working as it should

Dear Club members,

Has anyone here experienced any faults with electric window switch no working properly?

A few days ago I operated the door lock & auto close of windows function but one window (O/S/R) did not close. On further checking it would only close by lifting and  holding the switch - not just one touch, as it should.

Initial thoughts were that this might be due to the very hot weather we've been having. Anyway, it's booked into my local Audi dealer for Friday, 30th July - the car's still under warranty.

A rather late reply to this post but the fault was fixed at the dealership by re-setting the component. 👍
