2009 Audi A6 C6 3g basic MMI, Nav and Bluetooth not working ?

Hi, I have recently purchased a 2009 C6 Sline Avant. The nav and phone pairing appear to be not working? The firmware version I have does not appear on Google very often. It is ' BBT_EU_K0020_D1 ' , flat button. In the glove box there is a unit with 2x sd card slots and 1x cd player. ( no DVD player in this car) also, there is no ipod/Aux. Socket in the glove box??? And there is no 'green screen' access ??? Very confused - can any one give me instructions on how to bring the nav & bluetooth & auxiliary connection to life ?cheers.....

If you've bought it from a dealer within 30 days then they should fix this FOC. Or you're entitled to a full refund. 

Might be worth getting a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
